The MedTech earnings season just kicked off: initial financial results indicate that some medical technologies can thrive alongside GLP-1s (treating obesity) in a mutually beneficial relationship.

In our recent roadshows and interactions with investors, we have consistently emphasized our confidence in the idea that GLP-1s can coexist with medical devices and, in some instances, even foster accelerated growth.
The initial earnings results validate our standpoint, offering early glimpses into the tangible impacts of GLP-1 drugs on the medical device sector and showing the complementary relationship between these drugs and diabetes monitoring devices. We reaffirm our belief that the recent sell-off presents a compelling opportunity to either get or increase exposure to the medical device industry on the cheap side.
